I called Spring Plumbing in the morning...I had a water heater installed by 12:00 noon. Jake did a great job... and they were priced very fare...compared to others. I highly recommend them. Service: Water heater installation
We called Spring Plumbing first thing in the morning explaining our water heater was leaking water. Matthew was able to work us in yet that morning and was able to install a new water heater before he left. He was very knowledgeable, professional and his rates were reasonable. Matt is professional and nice. I appreciated his promptness. However, I was shocked at his outrageous rate. He was at my home less than 10 minutes to fix a leaky exterior faucet and it was $95 for labor, and $45 for the part. I can’t even imagine what it would run to have anything else fixed. For comparison: the last company I used replaced the interior components of 2 toilets, and one toilet handle - was at my house at least 35 minutes and charged me $100. Live and learn, I should have asked him for his rates up front. I’m surprised and disappointed.
