New System w Furnace & AC installed by Lance, Dalton, and Brooks early June 2023. Showed up on time & completed entire install by mid afternoon. Very Cordial, friendly, informative & professional. We appreciated the floor runners on both levels of our home w the equipment & necessary traffic to complete the job. Entire new System operational, and we received thorough detail of indoor/outdoor system operations which concluded with detail of operating newly installed thermostat. We have already recommended Star City, and salesperson Abe, when asked by friends who we had for our Home HVAC Services. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

The Tech we had was on time, professional & fixed our issue in record time. He was pleasant & answered all our questions! Definitely happy we went with Star City for our furnace & air conditioning needs!

Todd was great, helpful and tried to answer questions and in general, did his best to make things right. Not so much Star City's service plan and that which goes along with it. It has changed, for the worse, over the last few years and it is definitely NOT what it used to be. We had been given 3 different types of furnace filters, only one of which was the original type. That one didn't work as the "frame " it needed to go in is missing. We have also apparently missed at least one checkup/maintenance call that should have been included in our monthly service plan. Star City used to be 5 star but perhaps is now just average .
