Gave Advantage Plumbing a call to get a quote for a gas water heater replacement. Mike called back and genuinely seemed concerned that I didn't have any hot water. It was a two-day wait until he and his crew could get out to the house. He answered all of my questions and was willing to talk through some of my concerns. He showed up earlier than the initial appointment and his associate wasn't far behind. They had the heater changed out in about an hour. Under the suggestion of my wife's manager I contacted Advantage Plumbing because the previous plumber I had did install our bathtub / shower but failed to complete the job leaving off the spout and shower head. Joe was very thorough and professional. He explained all that was done incorrectly and made suggestions on to correct them moving forward.
