We shopped around for a company to replace our roof. My current roof was at least 26+ years old. It was considered a "newer" roof when we purchased our house. There were at least 3 layers on my roof. I called around and received a few outrageous bids because of the 3 layers on my roof. We were considering removing the layers ourselves just to be able to afford the cost of this project. We chose The Alpha Development because of the response we got. Ludwing Siebenhor was very nice, personable and professional. Believable! Trustworthy! I can't say enough good things about this company! It took one day! They showed up on time, the guys on the roof were nice, professional and worked hard!! When they finished my yard didn't even look like they had been there. My new Roof and new gutters did! Now I need to paint! I would give a 100 stars if I could!

Mr. Sandoval from Alpha was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to point out damage to my roof that I didn't even see and explain why it was so important to have it fixed. Not pushy or trying to sell me on signing with his company just wanted to make sure that I understood how bad my home had really been affected by this storm. I highly recommend giving alpha a call if you need your roof looked at.

The work on the roof was good. My complaint is with the owners. He "gave me his word" he would get a crew to replace rotted fascia on my house. He never fulfilled his promise, once he received his money he ignored my follow up calls and messages. He is untrustworthy and lacks integrity. Why not be honest instead of wasting my time attempting to follow up on work you never intended to complete? Very unsatisfied with owners work ethic.
