We shopped around for a company to replace our roof. My current roof was at least 26+ years old. It was considered a "newer" roof when we purchased our house. There were at least 3 layers on my roof. I called around and received a few outrageous bids because of the 3 layers on my roof. We were considering removing the layers ourselves just to be able to afford the cost of this project. We chose The Alpha Development because of the response we got. Ludwing Siebenhor was very nice, personable and professional. Believable! Trustworthy! I can't say enough good things about this company! It took one day! They showed up on time, the guys on the roof were nice, professional and worked hard!! When they finished my yard didn't even look like they had been there. My new Roof and new gutters did! Now I need to paint! I would give a 100 stars if I could!

We worked with Eli. He was very professional, prompt, polite and accessible. He ALWAYS returned our calls . He delivered on every single aspect that we discussed. His crew was amazing! I had Roberto come out to inspect my house after the recent storm we had in Lincoln to check for hail/wind damage. He was over here promptly and very professional. He assured me my roof was in good condition. Any future roof issues I will be coming to them!
