I Have a commercial strip mall that had a leek from a storm damage and called Anchor Roofing & Landscaping. The repair guy found 2 leeks on the roof and 1 on my back gutter. They were very nice and responded to my need I now use them to do all my Landscaping at my building. I am very happy with Anchor Roofing & Landscaping. I reached out to Anchor Roofing & Landscaping after having issues with another roofing company not responding to me and my insurance company pushing back on agreeing to replace my roof. I was beyond frustrated by the time I reached out to Anchor. Their Sales Manager, Bryan, was so accommodating and easy to work with from my first contact. He came out the same day I called, was responsive throughout, and explained every step of the way. They took care of getting my insurance company the information they needed to approve the replacement. Scheduling the roof replacement was seamless and they provide attention to detail every step of the way - from letting me know when the materials would be dropped off, prepping my house to prevent damage, down to ensuring every last nail was removed from my yard after the installation. Fast response, they had someone out to check on the roof the following day. They coordinated everything with the insurance adjuster. Including their quick response when they discovered the gutters were not covered under insurance and should’ve. They worked everything out with the adjuster. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
