Apple Roofing

I'm writing this review to share the great service I received from Marcus K. at Apple Roofing. I called Apple Roofing this morning to request an estimate on a water leak. Marcus arrived at my house within a couple hours, determined that a minor shingle/caulking repair to one box vent will solve the issue. He completed that repair and did not charge me. I recommend Apple Roofing for your roof repair needs. Thank you!

While initial communications were excellent, I've been harassed and talked to with extreme rudeness. I had signed a contract with agreed upon pricing but Apple is now changing the price with no approved change order. The area manager is extremely rude and condescending and refuses further contact. Additionally, Apple caused damage to the interior of my home. When removing/installing the skylight, an enormous amount of both debris and trash fell into my bathroom. Items were broken, pets were injured, and I was forced to perform all clean up. Apple did not do an adequate removal of bolts- my lawn mower's tire was punctured by a clean, uninstalled bolt. I also stepped on one, but was fortunate that it was a clean bolt and not removed from the roof. I'm extremely frustrated by this. The original interactions were great- what a shock to see this switch.

Apple Roofing did a complete roof replacement on our house after helping us work with our insurance company. They did a wonderful job and returned a couple times for minor warranty work. Each year since, we have had small issues with some aspect of our roof and they immediately respond to investigate and repair. We stopped by their office this past Thursday to ask a question about a situation and what looked like a crack on a stack coming out of our roof. Had nothing to do with their roofing installation three prior. Within the hour Josh was on the roof investigating. Told he needed to get some minor parts, came back and fixed it … warranty work he said! I would hire them again without hesitation!
