John was our technician. He did an absolutely fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He even removed his shoes before entering the house and was conscientious about protecting the floor and area around where he was working to prevent damaging anything. John came to fix our dryer yesterday and we had an amazing experience with him! I called on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment the next day. John was able to diagnose, fix, and put back together our dryer in a little over an hour. He was informative on what the issue was and explained everything to myself and my husband. When I arrived to my house when he was here I was a little flustered with both of my sons (a newborn and a 2 year old) coming back from another appointment and he kindly brought my water bottle, phone, and wallet inside for me since I had both of my kids with me so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. That gesture really meant so much to me! John was patient and so very kind. It really goes to show that they hire kind hearted people who care about their clients and their work.
