Justin is very professional, honest, responsive and explains everything to you as he's making his repairs so you know exactly what is going on. He managed to fit in an A/C repair on a day where they were incredibly busy, and since my A/C is very old, I was half-expecting to need a new unit. Justin looked at the unit, identified the issue and made the repair in about 15 minutes and for a fraction of the cost to replace the unit. He won't try to upsell you or encourage a purchase that you don't need. His honesty and integrity in an industry where I have encountered a number of unscrupulous providers is a breath of fresh air!
