We had a fire alarm on our vaulted ceiling that was chirping. Matt answered the phone at 12pm on a Sunday and was able to come out within an hour to take care of the problem. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely use Dennis Electric for future electric needs! Update: When Matt came on Sunday, I mentioned having a few other things done, one that was time sensitive. He said they could probably work with me to get things handled. They were able to come out on Wednesday and knock out the 12 item list I had in 1.5 hrs. Matt and his assistant provided quality work and explained the different options to me thoroughly so that I could make informed decisions. A great experience overall and will be using them in the future!

Dennis Electric communicated consistently regarding the estimate and the time when the work would be performed. They arrived when they said they would and coordinated well with OPPD. They repaired a damaged meter mount and casing, as well as installed an outdoor outlet. The technicians were courteous, competent, and finished the task in good time. Aside from their excellent work, I greatly appreciate that they're highly communicative, responsive, and transparent about every stop of the process. They coordinated piecemeal work with another contractor of ours around indeterminate dates, a process that was quite complicated, and did not charge us for any work till they finished the job.
