DHI Roofing

My experience with DHI was the absolute worst transaction I have ever had in my life. Job took too 4 days too long, crew damaged the property, they smoked marijuana on my property, nails and debris left for me to clean, the rep fed me lies, over promised and underdelivered, and many more lies. I called corporate 4 weeks straight and couldn't get a single owner to call me back. The nice woman would take my information and after the 4th time she was like, "I keep passing on the messages and I don't what else to do". Anyone reading this and are debating on using this company - feel free to reach out to me personally. I will give you the whole story and by the time we are done talking, you will rather have a hole in your roof than use DHI Roofing. All of my issues are documented well. I have pictures, I have texts, I have videos - the job is over a year old and IS STILL NOT COMPLETE!! They came in, over promised, got the roof done and collected the big check and moved on to storm chase in

I really can't say enough of how good and honest this business is. Our whole neighborhood was hit hard with the June hail storm, and I had a lot of different companies approach me , but DHI roofing just blew me away with the honesty, price and willingness to work with me in every detail. Of the 30 or so homes hit, I was the first with a new roof. Some neighbors are still waiting. I was asked how I got a roof so soon, and I told them you "Just need to pick the right company," DHI is YOUR right roofing company, period. Service: Roof installation

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. While the beginning of our relationship with them started great in 2021, we are STILL dealing with the insane way they choose to run a business. The second we got a check from our insurance company, they for some reason went MIA. It took us constantly following up with them to get the work done since we had signed a contract otherwise we would’ve given up and used another company. We dealt with multiple estimators because the ones we started with left the company - should have been our first warning sign. We finally get the materials delivered to our house. Then, they sit in the driveway for weeks with no response from them. They finally send out a subcontractor to do the repairs who tell us they don’t do gutters or window wrapping so we would need to contact DHI to get those done by someone else. So DHI does not do the actual repairs which we learn at that time. Well after months of trying to get this done, we never hear back from anyone and
