I am new to the area and needed ongoing maintenance service on my residence in Elkhorn. From the first call to Kathy in the office to the actual service completed by Chris a very good experience. Quick to answer the phone, prompt and polite and very thorough inspection and service of my system. Great locally owned company!

Josh was the on-site tech and did a great job! We purchased a new Rheem 4 ton A/C from Ideal, Brian and Corwin, in July 2021. We orginally thought the problem issue was related to the A/C. It was not. We retained our old furnace as it was in good shape when the new A/C was installed. Turns out the problem was a bad condenser in the furnace blower fan. Easy fix, but not easily found. Josh went through his diagostic checks, found the bad condenser and replaced it all in under 2 hours. He explained thoughly the process, our options and found a reasonably priced new condenser.
