Josh was the on-site tech and did a great job! We purchased a new Rheem 4 ton A/C from Ideal, Brian and Corwin, in July 2021. We orginally thought the problem issue was related to the A/C. It was not. We retained our old furnace as it was in good shape when the new A/C was installed. Turns out the problem was a bad condenser in the furnace blower fan. Easy fix, but not easily found. Josh went through his diagostic checks, found the bad condenser and replaced it all in under 2 hours. He explained thoughly the process, our options and found a reasonably priced new condenser. Ideal was wonderful to work with!! I highly recommend their company! When I bought my new house in 2021, they installed the new AC unit. They were more thorough than the other 5 companies I got quotes from and offered more options. They offered the best pricing and payment plan. I have used them for system maintenance too and was very pleased. They are responsive, professional, and you can tell they take care great care of their employees based off of the amazing customer service.
