I can’t say enough about Ethan or McCarthy’s. I’ve been having issues with my unit for a couple weeks. After trying to self-diagnose and try the cheapest solutions, and after the house finally got up to 87, I called McCarthy’s bc that’s who installed it 9 yrs ago. With tomorrow being a holiday (prob a higher holiday rate) and forecast in the mid 90’s again, I needed something asap. The guy I initially called to come out Monday morning was going to charge me an extra $100 bc of the holiday. When I initially called McCarthy’s, the gentleman who answered the phone said it would be “sometime” Monday. Having 2 pups at home, I said that wasn’t acceptable. He called his dispatcher and he got somebody out here 90 min later. Ethan was very professional, yet personable. And seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. This company was great! The receptionist was polite, helpful and called me in advance of the technicians arrival. Cornell arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the issue all while answering my random questions about A/C units. He is as cool as my A/C now is (which is very cool). Service: A/C system repair

Chris came out yesterday evening but didn’t have the part needed to fix our air conditioner. He made a point to their office to make sure he was coming out today to fix. We are cool again! Thank you Chris for being professional, giving us advise and caring about our well being!! We will sleep much better tonight with our AC working!! Service: Repair HVAC
