Carter was very professional and very nice explaining everything he was doing. Answered all my questions and concerns and gave me tips and advice on the thermostat and how to get the humidity out of the air. I'm very grateful!! Jason talked me through the thermostat settings and helped me understand what I was needing to do. He was very patient and understanding!! Brandon did my full system tune up. He was polite and thorough. Scheduling with the company was easy and they had great communication with me when the technician was on his way.

I called McCarthy Heating and Air first thing Wed morning and they were there that day. Kept me aprised of when my technician would be at my house who he was with a picture. This way I knew who was comming to my home. He wore booties to keep my floors clean. He went right to work and had the problem diagnoised in record time. He quoted me price and asked if I was ok with him fixing the unit. Prior to starting the repair. He also mentioned the McCarthy club and since I wasn;t a member he was able to sign me up and savings started right away. A fantastic experience 5 Stars
