Carter was very professional and very nice explaining everything he was doing. Answered all my questions and concerns and gave me tips and advice on the thermostat and how to get the humidity out of the air. I'm very grateful!! Our A/C went out during the recent heat wave (doesn't it always?). We called McCarthy's, and Scott Wood came out within 3 hours. Had the part we needed, and we were soon up and running again. Scott is the General Mgr and impressed us how he pitched in to help the rest of his techs. Highly recommend McCarthy's maintenance agreement. It saved us!
