Lee McCoy took the time, personal attention and several trips to our job site during the works to oversee our dry in and installation. He advised us on the shingle choice and the warranty aspects throughout. We are extremely happy with our choice of roofers and the shingles that we selected. Austin met with me on multiple occasions to review extent of damage from hailstorm and whether or not involving my insurance company was the right call. He gave candid and honest advice at each step of the way, as well as walked my house once again with the insurance adjuster to ensure all damaged items were accounted for. In regards to the installation quality, any questions or detail concerns I had where justified or remedied/fixed in a timely manner.
