Evan was with us every step of the way. He made sure he was there at the same time our insurance adjuster was there. He was very patient and went through every detail so that we could understand the process. The crew that did the roof worked diligently and then Evan followed up to make sure it was completed correctly. We only had to wait a short time for supplies to come in and then the work was done in a day with a thorough clean up. Shortly after that the gutters were replaced without a hitch.
