Mike was out to look at our system on a Saturday morning and by Sunday he was here installing our new air conditioner and furnace. Extremely pleased with the quick response and efficient work that was done. Very professional and affordable. Hard working crew. He made the whole experience low stress and manageable. I would highly recommend Midlands Maintenance to anyone.
Out next business day when no one else could fit me in for 2 weeks. On time. Professional. Very reasonably priced. All around great service! Will only be calling them again. 2020 I had mike come install a new furnace and ac unit. Got me taken care of fast and very reasonably priced. Last month unit was having issues. Did what trouble shooting I could before calling them. Came next day after issues continued and found the issue and replaced the board and had me up and running asap. I recommend them to anyone I know in need!
