We had some wind damage to our house that blew some of the siding off on one side. This was my first time having to deal with this issue as this is my first home. I had no idea how the process of getting my home repaired worked. I knew I had to make an insurance claim and originally my insurance company was only going to cover the cost to repair it and they originally did not send anyone out to actually look at the house. Spoke with Jose at Nebraska Exteriors Inc. and he was very quick to come take a look and walk me through how the whole process works. He was very honest and told me that I can request an insurance adjuster to come out and physically look at the house and that I want them to take a sample of the original siding to find out what kind of material it is and if it is still being manufactured.
