I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from Omaha Electric. I called to schedule some minor electrical work, and the person I spoke with was friendly, efficient, professional, and patient, as she took my information, asked questions, and scheduled a service call. Her soft-spoken and pleasant manner left me feeling appreciated and valued as a customer. When their team came out to complete the job, they were friendly, professional, and efficient, as well, and we are very pleased with the finished product.
