Their team showed proficiency and attention to detail from the initial inspection to the last installation. They made sure the entire procedure was easy and hassle-free, employed high-quality materials, and finished the project in the allotted time. My house now has a lovely, strong roof that can weather future hailstorms thanks to Renovo Roofing.
The representative was professional and knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process including explaining the insurance claim procedure for the damage to my roof. They were open and honest with me about any possible out-of-pocket expenses that I would have to cover myself. I hope that it is a long long time before my house is subjected to that kind of storm damage again but if it does happen I will be certain to be contacting these fine folks again to make things right.
