Chris was the plumber who came 4 an emergency Sunday call. He was very courteous, efficient & clean. He actually put everything back under the sink exactly how he found it & cleaned the cabinet b4 hand. I highly recommend this company!
Wonderful company. Fast efficient and very courteous. I have used Southside for years and have recommended them to friends and family. The crew that repaired my sewer line was the greatest! They kept me informed on everything they were doing. When I have plumbing problems they are my go to company.
They broke my vanity wheel unclogging a drain. We agreed the bill would be settled when my vanity was repaired, their technician took a crucial piece with him at the time, this was in June of 2022. Now in march 2023 they tell me they are taking my account to collections and do not care about my broken vanity or the agreement we made. Not to mention the drain was never even fixed Absolutely do not work with them Service: Sewer repair
