Rick and company really impressed me. They were able to accommodate my needs (switch out two light fixtures). They arrived on time, were friendly and very knowledgeable. I even had a follow up question and was able to easily text him for his advice. Very reasonably priced as well! If I have any future needs, I will call Rick at Universal Electric first! We had tremendous service from their technician. He was on time, very pleasant, diagnosed and corrected each individual electrical problem. We would definitely use this company again.
I would not recommend Universal Electric. After using their services and promptly paying them they turned me into a collections agency. Neither the collections agency or Universal Electric were apologetic for this. Universal Electric said “I should have never let it get this far.” Blaming the victim is never the right thing to do. I paid a bill, had to prove it with my bank statement and you blame me?! They clearly can’t handle their book work and don’t care about the consequences. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
