We had storm damage a few years ago, and our insurance company opted to pay us for only the front half of our roof. We patched the bad spots, banked the rest of the cash and waited till we had enough to buy a full roof. We solicited quotes from 11 different roofers in the area, and found Titan Exteriors to be one of the cheapest, though not the absolute cheapest. We decided to go with Titan Exteriors because John was professional, courteous and was able to answer all my questions without being misleading or vague. We discussed shingle options and John was very interested in getting us something that fit our needs without compromising quality but didn't exceed what was necessary for our area. Got a second opinion on damage to my roof. Jake came out yesterday and looked at it. He was very friendly and very honest. Turns out I don't need another roof right now. Unlike the last person that came out that was just trying to sell me a roof Jake and this company was very helpful, honest, and easy to talk to and answer any questions you may have. When the time comes that I do need a new roof I will definitely be contacting these guys to have it done. Very impressed. Honesty and non high pressure sales tactics are very hard to find from a company anymore.

They will not try to nickel-and-dime you, and John is very good at explaining things. He really knows his stuff. We had extensive hail damage to our roof, and John worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we had everything we needed. He was done with our roof a month before other contractors in my neighborhood even got started. The installers were fast, respectful and did a great job with clean-up.
