Prime Time Mechanical

I’m over an hour away and I called Prime Time Mechanical because I couldn’t find anyone who was willing to come and look at my furnace without an outrageous fee. The manager showed up after driving over an hour in the middle of the night, fixed my furnace and had a great attitude! The pricing was better than any other place I talked to and he was straight up about what I needed and what I didn’t. He really knew his stuff! Highly recommend!

We hired Primetime mechanical to replace our oil burner and install a new hot water heater. The installation of both went well however they realized at the end of the job that my Nest thermostat required additional wiring to provide power to it. They promised to come back to finish it up but after a few weeks of not hearing from them I reached out to check in. They responded that they would arrive the next day within a 2 hour window. They never showed and I haven't heard from them sense (one week and counting). My short take: They do good work BEFORE you pay them but if they need to come back to complete anything I recommend holding off payment until they do so.

Prime Time Mechanical was a life saver! Cole's response was unbelievable based on other experiences I have had over the last decade with heating and cooling contractors. They were prompt, more than fair in terms of value, and went above and beyond in a short time frame to help us get our furnace and AC systems up and running for a real estate sale that would have been delayed without the work to get it running.
