Ryan arrived early, scoped out the issue and explained the service charge and what he could do right then. We approved and he proceeded to make the necessary repair. When completed he showed us what he did to make the repair by using pictures he took. Ryan explained the charges for the repair. He also took a few minutes to talk about our aging water heater, recommended we contact his office on Monday and to be sure we mention that we were members of the Home Advantage Service. Todd was very professional , courteous, and friendly. After a quick evaluation of the electrical issue to be remedied, Todd came up with the solution. The repair was done neatly and quickly.
