We had Asia come over to check our a/c and heater. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. My husband was able to understand the heater system better. It was a hot day to climb up to our attic to check the a/c but she checked it all without hesitation. Very kind and professional. p.s. Asia we have your hat so please come anytime to get it ;)
