Not only did David H serviced both the heating and ac systems efficiently, but explained clearly how to use the damper and Aprilair humidifier on the system as I am a new home owner. I have used Leblanc heating to maintain our house furnace for several years. More recently, we had a minor issue with the furnace, also addressed by LeBlanc’s excellent technicians. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Leblanc and their staff. After planning a boiler/hot water tank replacement that was scheduled for this summer, part of the job had to be sped up due to the original hot water heater failing. They had installers here the next day to install a replacement tank and get our hot water back up and running. Recently, the second half of the job was completed with the replacement boiler being installed. This house isn't easy to get large heavy things in or out of the basement due to no outside access. Ben and Braydon worked their butts off installing and connecting the new boiler to the hot water tank, running new gas piping and venting (we converted from oil to propane) as well as removing the very heavy, very old boiler, and finally emptying and removing the old oil tank, cutting it in half the long way to get it out.
