I contacted several other plumbing companies to have a leaking zone valve replaced. But no one could do this small job for at least 2 weeks. Pierce Family Plumbing was recommended to my wife on the Chester Chatter. I emailed Dave on Monday and he gave me a quote to do the work which was a very reasonable price. Came on time and did the job that Thursday. He was very professional, cleaned up after, I inquired about maybe needing something else done and being the honest guy he is he told me I really didn't need to have that work done. I believe many other contractors would have been happy to do unnecessary work and take my money, but not Dave. Thank You Very Much and I will recommend his company to everyone I know. To my surprise Dave emailed me back the very next morning. I had a few smallplumbing items that needed attention. Dave and I exchanged a few emails throughout the day to troubleshoot the issues. He scheduled an appointment to come address the issues. We talked about options and the cost associated with each option. He was very open, honest, professional and accommodating.
