Joe came out to look at the job and talked with us about installation of a hybrid water heater. He answered all our questions and gave us lots of information that was easy to understand. Devin and Evan came to install our hybrid water heater and they were absolutely incredible. They answered our questions about the installation process, then went to work together to get the job done. They did an incredible job, made sure it was operating correctly before they left, and ready for it, they left the basement clean! No one would know that there had been a work crew there. Devin also discovered another issue, a leak in our oil line, and remedied that temporarily for us. We really appreciate the high quality professions from Al Terry and the way they explained things to us, no wondering how to operate our hot water heater, Devin covered all the details. Geoff and Braden were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why and then gave me a thorough tour of what they had completed once the job was done.
