Last week I shared my experience regarding Al Terry Plumbing and Heating with regards to the installation of a heating/hot water combi system. This week I need to sing their praise again regarding the installation of a mini split air conditioning system (technically a heat pump system.) The lead technician was Braden Hodgkins assisted by Cameron (whose last name I do not have.) Braden is an extraordinary and diligent professional. His perseverance to conquer the challenges of this 1885 New England colonial was nothing short of incredible. (And believe me there were many!) After completion, there were two extremely minor punch list items that he was quick to complete! As a professional, he was able to coordinate with our electrician exactly what would be needed to power the new system. He returned to the house as promised to power up the new system and made sure everything works properly was something that I can not understate my gratitude.
