Thank you so much for being so helpful to me! Especially when I lost my husband and things are difficult..You ate amazingn!!
So 1 thing I noticed is they are charging 4.79 a gallon and everyone else is at 3.59 per gallon. I called various other oil companies and asked if it’s normal for a delivery to take two weeks or more for a delivery. The other companies told me that’s ridiculous depending on how far you are out from their oil location. So I looked it up. These guys are literally down the street from me. Overall terrible prices and service
Absolute terrible terrible customer service I called in and August was told that I was going to be locked in at 4.59 a gallon Call today to ask them why am I not on automatic delivery and I was told we don’t know why and we’re not honoring that price and we’re putting you up at 5.29 a gallon guess it’s time to look elsewhere. Thanks Amanda for absolutely no customer service whatsoever.
