Had an issue with my oil burner shutting down. Repair man came out and cleaned up the nozzle and oil tank filter and it's been trouble free since. He did come back next day to make a couple of adjustments on the settings at no charge. Service man was great, cleaned up after. Thank.you for getting us warm again. Also the girls in the office are great to deal with. and always pleasant.
Been using Rymes for several years. Always been great, not sure if they changed management/owners recently, but things have been going downhill. Can't get them to answer phones, and they are typically about $1/gal than other providers. Unfortunately they lost me as a customer.
