PIC Home Pros were quick and responsive. Norm came to evaluate my apartment's windows and bathrooms and was knowledgeable, honest, and detail-oriented. I really appreciated his help. My apartment's windows are on the seventh floor and require outside work, which PIC Home Pros is unable to do, but Norm gave me recommendations for other companies that could help. I will certainly go back to them in the future for any home improvement project and will request to work with Norm.

We were defrauded. We waited almost a full year for windows. We were told that they were ordered, and called every few weeks for an update. We were constantly assured they were in process, and then we stopped receiving updates when we called and kept getting deferred. "Let me talk with my manager." "That is on my list of projects to follow up on this week; we will get back to you by Friday at the latest" etc. etc. Almost 10 months after we paid the down payment, we were told the office had been actively defrauding people during a six month period and we were caught up in it. The windows were never orderd. They did upgrade our windows, but we waited almost a full calendar year before they were installed. Then, one of the windows cracked inexplicably after only a few months. We were told "we ordered the replacement window, it will be made within a month." That was two months ago.
