My 15-year-old Briggs and Stratton on demand generator had just stopped working. There was an engine fault code on the panel. I found Spark Electrician Services in my local area, so I gave them a call and I spoke to a real person who answered the phone. From I the moment I called, to schedule an appointment, I was treated courteously and professionally by Pamela, who asked me all the right questions, and took the time to explain what they would do to help me, what the process would be, and who and when someone would be coming out. The appointment was scheduled relatively quickly. I got a couple of confirming reminders just before. On the day of the appointment, I got a call letting me know 30 minutes before the service tech was going to arrive, so I could meet him at the house. Sean, the service tech, arrived on-time with a great big smile and truck full of tools. He was VERY knowledgeable, and very thorough and took the time to investigate and pinpoint the problem… a worn-out starter
