My wife and I hired John's Co. To replace the rubber roof on our house in May of 2020, and we are very happy with that choice. We recieved several other estimates, but his was by far the most detailed and had the best warranty. We were putting the house on the market In July. John gave us a written 5 year warranty on his workmanship, which was transferable to the new owners! We are sure that was a big reason why the house sold in 4 days. His crew started when he said they would, and finished in a timely manner, and left the property spotless. I do not think you could find a better roofing Co. John and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof. His crew was here within a week of giving me an estimate and they had the job done in two days. They were fast, efficient, respectful and honest. John was my contact person from start to finish and he is extremely knowledgeable and stands behind his work. He not only replaced my roof but he also helped solve my ventilation issue which was a big part of why the original roof failed. He could have just replaced it and took my money but he took the time to find a solution to make sure it was done right. They installed asphalt shingles as well as a rubber roof on our Cape, now our roof looks amazing. He even came on his own time to help correct a mistake a previous contractor had made. I did a lot of research and talked to several roofing companies before I went with John. He is prompt, honest, dependable and had excellent communication and kept me informed the entire time. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but was very insistent on a couple aspects of the job that other companies just passed over. His pricing was all inclusive vs. other companies that had separate charges. The crew was diligent, professional and did a great job on my roof and at keeping the grounds clean and safe.
