Georges Heating and Cooling was incredible to work with. I started out getting in touch via email and Tina was very kind, responsive, and helpful! She also told me about their maintenance program and talked me through the process, which I greatly appreciated! I signed up immediately. We originally had the team out to see if the AC system that came along with our house purchase could be serviced. When I told them they system was totally down, they got out here quickly. We knew the system was very old, so we were prepared to replace it. Blaine walked me through everything and we decided to just go ahead and replace it rather than trying to keep the old system running for maybe another season. Lance came out the very next day to talk us through our options and recommended a great new system. That following Monday, the team was here to work on the installation! I don't like leaving reviews like this, but this company has had multiple chances. They did furnace maintenance for me last fall. I was very happy with the service and booked them at that time for AC service in the spring. I wasn't sure if they were coming on that day as it had been booked so far ahead and I hadn't heard from them, so I called. I got an answering service. I had to call the answering service back as I did not hear back. I got a call back and they were away in another state and said the person scheduled for my job that afternoon was running late and asked if I would mind rescheduling to the following week. No problem at all as I know what that can be like. I waited the full two hours on that new day. No show. No call. I called back. Again, answering service. I did not get a response, so I called again. This time I spoke with a very nice lady who apologized and rescheduled. Another schedule came and went. I waited a couple days to see if I would get a call
