They were different from other roofing companies from the beginning. They offer a good product for a good price but what sets them apart is great communication and workmanship. During the quote everything is clearly explained but you are not talking to a salesman so there is no pressure to make a quick decision. During the job everything happened on time. I liked it that a manager from that company or the owner was on site making sure things were done right all day. I was not able to be home during the day so I got text messages with pictures so I knew everything that was happening. I saw where new plywood was needed. I saw the area after the new plywood was installed and saw what was going under the shingles. They put new skylights on my roof and did a great job including checking them from the inside and outside. I would definitely recommend them. Patriot Roofing removed and replaced roofing on three buildings and also put in ridge venting on all three. They also repaired my chimney so that it would not leak anymore. They completed the work in one day and we had torrential rain shortly afterwards and absolutely no leaks! Their price was half of another quote using the same materials!
