The crew showed up on time. I was impressed with the installation of 5 basement windows (including a dryer vent) and 2 dormer windows in a 3rd floor attic. With an old house you never know but they did a great job and it looks great. Cleaned up after the job. Very happy with the whole experience. Service: Window installation
I had 3 windows and a large glass slider replaced. I am very happy with the looks and performance of the windows and look forward to hopefully saving some cash on energy costs. The two installers had to dodge angry yellow jackets as there is apparently a nest inside the siding of the condominium I own. They seemed unfazed even after one was stung on the face. I highly recommend this company!
After an act of vandalism left a hole in our bay window, we entrusted Universal Windows Direct with the project of replacing the entire window with a new siding window. The team was excellent from quote to install. The actual work was done in a single day and left no sign of their time on site. Very professional. Would recommend!
