Excellent experience with Universal Windows, and definitely will be considering them for any future projects. I had two entry doors and two storm doors installed, replacing the existing doors. Terrific process from beginning to end. Salesperson was great at answering my questions and ensuring I got what I wanted. The Operations Manager did likewise when he came by a few days after the salesperson to double-check the specifications and answer a couple more questions from me. And the installation crews were just as professional. Obviously knowledgeable, they were quick and thorough, and explained everything to me - anticipating most of my remaining questions regarding installation. Doing business with every one at Universal Windows Direct was great. The salesman who initially met with us (Trevor) was knowledgeable and professional. While walking us through all the features of their windows, it was so obvious that these were the windows for us. They’re just the highest quality. The employees who installed the windows were very efficient, and finished the job (all 10 windows with 2 double hung flanker sets) in one day. After the job was completed, Bob checked in with us to make sure we were completely happy with the whole installation. I highly recommend this company if you want the best.

It was such a pleasure to work with Universal Windows from beginning to end. This is a top notch company that truly cares about their customer. They are very professional, know their product inside and out, thorough, knowledgeable and very competitive. I had two installers for four windows and one patio slider who were such hard workers. They arrived early and got right to work, I did not even see them stop for lunch. They measured, leveled, re-measured and re-leveled, cut, installed and made each window and the sliding door look perfect. These installers were/are top of the line professionals that were well trained and knew exactly what they were doing. What a wonderful team of professionals.
