We woke up this morning to a leak in our basement furnace room. I called it in and after discussing the issue, they were able to get us on the schedule and had someone out to the house within a few hours. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He had the leak repaired beautifully in no time, and took the time to explain to me what had happened and why. He also helped identify a couple of other areas with similar weaknesses so that we can decide what to do about them before they leak, too.
