We had Harry Wells install a new oil burner furnace in our home. We are very happy with the burner as well as the professionalism during and after the installation. It was installed in the summer and when I turned the heat on for the first time a couple months later, there was a small issue. They came right out and fixed it that same day. The cost of the unit was also very reasonable for the quality we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called for an appointment at 7:30 this morning and Roxanne got me in for later in the morning. They called to see if we minded if they came early! Timmy was great. He fixed our issue in no time, and left the everything clean and tidy. The bill was really reasonable. I highly recommend Wells for plumbing issues.

I needed a plumber and called on Saturday for a Monday service call. I was informed that they had a $99 non-waivable fee. When the plumber arrived at my house, we reviewed the project which was when he informed me that they had up front pricing and not hourly pricing. Their prices were outrageous. He stated that it had been this way since they had been bought out. If they do upfront pricing, there was no reason why the customer service agent could not inform me of this when I called to set up the initial appointment. I called to tell them as much and was told that someone from billing would call me back. I called 2 more times and got the same response. It has now been over a week, and I have not heard a word. I would NEVER use them again.
