Reset a leaking pipe, the job was completed in short order and I am so impressed with their work, that each time I go past the worksite, I stop to admire the finished job. I would like to share our oil to propane heating conversion experience and overall job satisfaction that Masi Plumbing and Heating recently performed at our home. Communication between all departments within Masi has been superb beginning with Office Managers Amber and Emily. We received a comprehensive job proposal from Bobby after he spent over an hour in our home evaluating our aging oil system and discussing replacement alternatives. After reviewing the written proposal, Bobby offered to come back to our home to further discuss our options and answer any questions and/or concerns we had. We had several system quotes from other heating contractors but Masi’s proposal and Bobby’s willingness to spend additional time with us answering our many questions was a welcoming experience given the scope of the project. We were greatly appreciative of his honesty, technical knowledge and friendly attitude that we agreed to his proposal on the spot. It was then that the magic took place… Amber
