I called and left message to make an appointment. I got a call back within minutes and spoke with a very respectful and knowledgeable person who listened to my issue and walked me through the likely remedy. Their drivers need to be trained better seeing one almost crashed into my car this afternoon while being on the phone! Then proceeded to laugh like it was a funny matter. NOT OKAY AT ALL! This is how I’m innocent kids and families get hurt by the. Stupidly of others! I hope when I called and made a complaint it is taken seriously and this employee/driver grows up because if it was his toddler and child in the car scared with his pregnant wife he wouldn’t think it was such a funny matter! Smh
Dave, Tim and Trevor performed superb work installing the water heater, stove, boiler service and the mini splits. They took extreme care around the houes, explained any questions along the way. Awesome customer service and pleasure to work with.
