Nicolas could not have been more personable and professional. He took the time to explain the steps he was taking to install the replacement water heater. I would recommend him and Walley's for any of your plumbing needs. Cudos to the whole team, from front office in taking the order, scheduling and to the technicians! Good job and thank you all for your help!!
Nick serviced the AC unit at my condo in preparation of the summer weather. His service was above and beyond. He explained every step he took, showed me all the pictures he took, and showed me all the system readings that told him the unit functions properly. He was polite, respectful, and supremely knowledgeable with his craft. Five out of five stars for Nick.
