Called on a Sunday and Ozzie graciously helped me over the phone so I can use the existing AC. Then, on Thursday, fit me in last minute to install a new one- knowledgeable, kind and generous- not many companies like them around especially when in high demand. Thank you for saving me! Overall, considering the urgency of the job and getting it done before the colder weather arrived, All Week Plumbing did their job. Their timeliness though could have been much better. The workers did arrive after the expected window. Another thing I found a little uncomfortable was that it almost appeared as if the one who fixing my heating system didn't want to be here. Aside from arguing with his working partner (who I will assume was a relative based on speaking their language), the worker used an electric vape and didn't seem too interested in answering questions which was a tad bit unprofessional. Lastly, an issue I had was the circumstance regarding the invoice. I understand that a contract is assigned for the work, but for the invoice to not have any detail on it is a tad questionable.
