Grounded Electric

I have used Grounded Electric several times in the past few years. They are very responsive and dedicated. I had a recurring problem of a fuse switching off repeatedly, seemingly at random. They came back 2 or 3 times, at no extra charge the last time, until they figured out the problem was related to an outdoor outlet in my lawn that was disconnected improperly when I had my front steps and walkway replaced. The issue only arose when it rained. Grounded Electric was determined to figure it out, and they did, and resolved the problem immediately. Since then they have replaced some 2-prong outlets with 3-prong ones, and swapped some old florescent ceiling fixtures for modern LED fixtures. Bob and Barry, so glad we found you both. Accessible, responsive, effective and you where there for us in a pinch today. Our electricity went out, effecting water heater and other vital necessities. Even though all your crews were out you both jumped into the car and where here within 15.
