Good Tidings helped on three occasions: (1) replaced a failed/leaking pipe joint, (2) replaced a failed cutoff valve, and (3) resolved a furnace problem (control valve). In all cases they responded quickly (fixing the leak so the water could be turned back on and, with the furnace, getting the heat on in winter). We are happy to recommend Good Tidings to friends and acquaintances.
