STAY AWAY! I hired this plumber to install a new dishwasher and it was an extremely negative and stressful experience. The plumber they sent, who told me he was one of the owners, was perplexed at the set up of my current dishwasher but assured me he would be able to do the job and replace it with the new one. Well, $325 later, after a wash cycle was completed and he was gone, my new dishwasher did not drain. When I called the main number to explain the problem, the man on the phone said that maybe it’s not supposed to drain. Then he said he would charge me again if he sent someone over to fix it if it’s not the installation, which he insisted it was not. When I sternly objected, he went BALLISTIC on the phone and yelled at me hostilely. I will never use them again. Service: Installation

I highly recommend this plumbing service! They are incredibly reliable and provide great customer service. Adam is awesome! Extremally nice guy who is knowledgeable and isnt out to scam. The prices are very fair, and they are always upfront about costs. What's even more impressive is that they have come back to fix issues related to previous repairs and have not charged me for the extra work. It's clear that they prioritize their customers' satisfaction and quality of their work. I trust them completely and will continue to use their services for all my plumbing needs.
