NJ Roofing Maintenance replaced the roof on our 3-unit, flat roofed condo building. They completely knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations. Jermaine the owner was very responsive, professional, timely, and knowledgeable. He walked me through each roof system and gave his honest opinion and advice. We ended up with a far superior roof system and we couldn't be happier. They even installed a hatch for access to the roof, which has been very helpful. Upon the first call, Jermaine was at the site for an inspection by the next day. They are the first roofing company I have seen that uses drones to survey the property first and get measurements.
