Atlantic City Electric

Atlantic City electric company is the absolute WORSE utility company by far. Customer service is a joke, I would like to give a minus star rating but there’s no selection for it. Further they charge the HIGHEST rates without being challenged by the state agencies that oversee utility companies. So it’s safe to say if you live in their area of electric supply your screwed!!!! Last item to state for anyone that is reading this, make sure you spend more $$$ on a backup generator, where I live we average a 2-6 hour blackout at least 2 times a month regardless of season… Welcome to their domain and the 19th century electric supply…

If I could give them 0 stars , the customer service is horrible , worst attitude they think they are always right they don't even listen to client. Every month I have to fight them with my bill , they charge me $500-$600 then I take pics of my meter and they give me credit of over $500. They are ridiculous , they don't come read the meter either, I literally have a camera on top of my meter and the guy never comes. They are the WORST!!!

Absolutely terrible service I've called 5 times in the past month due to an overcharge and no one knows what they are doing and no one is helping me fix it
