I called Ralphie at 7:30 AM this morning. He did not hesitate to take my information and gave me a timeframe right away. He arrived right on time, and he and his son immediately checked out what was going on. He told me what was needed to repair the heater. He gave me a reasonable price and then immediately started working. He explained how the heater worked so I could check to make sure all the meters and buttons were working if this problem ever happened again. He and his son were done in about 30 minutes and I had heat. His price was reasonable and payment was just as easy with the invoice via email. I would recommend his service to anyone.
