I have used his services several times now and he showed up outside the house minutes before the scheduled appointment. The one time he was running a little late he gave me notice well in advance, apologized, and gave me an accurate time when he would be showing up. Dan is great, he's the 3rd plumber I've had to use while being the superintendent at our building for the past 8 years. He is much nicer than the other 2 plumbers I tried and he was the only one who could figure out a major heat issue we were having at the time too. He has helped us many times over the years since then and anytime a plumbing issue comes up, he's the only one I call now.
