Installed a system in our new addition seven years ago. The system caused problems from the beginning and they have never been able to fix it. On an annual basis, the system puts out so much condensation that it comes through the ceiling, requiring interior work annually. Many other HVAC contractors have offered the same solution - rip it out and start from scratch. The job was simply wrong. I cannot recommend Katham to anyone. Katham replaced my AC within 72 hours of my request; the entire system needed replacement. They came out to evaluate it the day I called to inform them of the problem; they didn't give me a 4 hour window like most companies. they gave an exact time and were very prompt. They were honest and fair with the pricing. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend them! Services: HVAC duct & vent installation, Ductless heating & A/C services
