Installed a system in our new addition seven years ago. The system caused problems from the beginning and they have never been able to fix it. On an annual basis, the system puts out so much condensation that it comes through the ceiling, requiring interior work annually. Many other HVAC contractors have offered the same solution - rip it out and start from scratch. The job was simply wrong. I cannot recommend Katham to anyone. They take the time over the phone AND in person to answer all questions and explain things in easy to understand wording. If something needs to get done, the do it quickly & efficiently. Katham provided excellent quality service for us as our AC broke down suddenly and we needed a partial repair and replacement of our system. George made sure to oversee the entire job. All members of his staff, from those in the office, repair team and installers--William and Miguel were on time, careful, polite and did a wonderful job restoring our system to normal. Thanks!!!
