Heights Plumbing Services

I used Heights Plumbing Services for the first time last month. Their plumbers showed up within ten minutes of the quoted time frame that dispatch had given me. The two plumbers were quick, efficient, and had a great sense of humor. They got the job done right the first time. I will call on them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I called Heights Plumbing Services, and they were friendly. Although they missed my first appointment without notice, they were apologetic and rescheduled my appointment. They arrived to the second appointment on time. The plumber was friendly and professional. However, he did not send an estimate as promised. I called to follow up on this, they said they would send it, but no estimate has been sent since.

Eddie and mitch were outstanding. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would arrive. Eddie is very skilled and I appreciate the time he took to explain what he was doing. He and Mitch were very professional and worked great together. All of my water supply pipes were clogged due to a water softener break and they got them all cleared out. The work was top quality and they were very clean while they worked and cleaned up everything including removing their shoes when they went upstairs to work on the bathrooms! That was awesome. Great experience with this company and will definitely be my go-to plumbing company in the future. Thank you!
