My air conditioner broke in the middle of summer while experiencing brutal heat waves. Reiner worked to get a new unit available and installed in just a few days. Installation took under an hour and the unit is so much more quiet and efficient than my last. This is the 2nd unit I have replaced with Reiner and I would recommend them every time. I had an issue with my a/c compressor. It was making a strange banging noise while running and after it shut off I noticed puffs of white smoke. Noel came over and as soon as he removed the cover to the wiring, he knew what was causing both issues. He replaced the part causing the problem and, once finished, the unit was back to running normally. Noel was not only professional but very helpful as well by answering my questions and providing a better understanding of how the compressor works. Noel was totally professional and thoughtful in getting me through the experience. His timing was quite fortunate for me having a normally working system to cool my house just before the second heat wave of 2023. Very satisfying experience. Service: HVAC system repair
