The Reiner technicians are superb. They are prompt, professional, patiently explain things and just very pleasant to be around. They may not be the absolute cheapest option, but their work is top notch and they have a great service department. They also helped me with the rebates I received. Martin B was very professional and very good, very thorough in what he does as Reiner’s maintenance service. He advised us the need to install a switch control that will prevent overflow of water from condenser if it happens specially our condenser is placed in the attic. That was a good pick up, and shows that he cares. I would like him to do the maintenance of our heating/ cooling system each time. He is really good and he is an assets to the company.
