Julian was able to show up same day to fix my boiler. He was also able to unclog a toilet which had a large bone stuck in it that was preventing it from flushing properly.

Julian replaced a bathroom faucet in North Bergen for one of my tenants. I showed him a video of the leakage. He gave me a quote for the labor and parts. He replaced the leaky faucet and valve. Overall, he's reasonable price, on-time (which is always frustrating with other plumbers), and professional. I had a little hard time communicating with him. Overall, communication is not an issue.
