a tree fell on my house and my first call was to eric @mattson roofing. eric and his crew came to the house to review damage and the very next day he emailed a professional estimate with aerial drone photographs of the roof damage. they explained the project in great detail and i agreed to the repair estimate. they repaired the damage and sent aerial pictures of the finished roof repair. they explained all the completed work and answered my questions. i felt they were transparent about the entire process and their approach to the project. every interaction was professional and friendly and all work was completed to my satisfaction. it is really great working with people who respond quickly and professionally. i highly recommend this team to do any roof work you need. Mattsson Roofing recently replaced our roof and installed new sun tunnels. Erik Mattsson was our initial contact and patiently walked us through the proposal and contracting process. He was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to questions. As the scheduled date of the roof replacement approached, Craig Buurman was in constant contact, providing much needed information on how to prepare for the project, and came several times to the house to inspect and prepare ahead of time for the day. During the project, Rudy Mattsson was attentive to detail, communicative, reliable, set expectations well, sent updates on the progress, and was extremely professional. During the project, the entire team, including the roofers, were punctual, respectful and did a great job getting the job done quickly, with no impact to the landscaping (which I was concerned about) and with as little disruption as possible. Everything looks fantastic and they made sure to do a super thorough job of cleaning up any scattered materials from the property. Beyond just the beautiful finished product that they delivered on, the communication, professionalism and extra effort did not go unnoticed either! From start to finish I felt well informed and covered for everything to come. Quick response times and thoughtful explanations gave me ease of mind throughout the process.
